Why a Loyalty program
Emi Jay’s brand is driven by a strong social community. With the bold approach they take to femininity, hair and beauty, they also wanted to translate that to online loyalty. For the ultimate goal of driving more engagement among their customer community. To improve repeat sales, Emi Jay wanted to introduce a loyalty program to offer “sparkles” as rewards to their loyal customers.
Introducing Sparkle Rewards
Emi Jay launched Rivo’s loyalty and rewards program on their Shopify store, with the goal of bringing more of their customers back to the store and generating higher engagement.
They named it the Sparkle Rewards, where customers can earn 1 sparkle for every dollar they spend — and redeem or through referrals, and later be redeemed for coupons on future orders.
Customers can interact with the loyalty program on a fully customizable and beautifully designed loyalty page added to their store.
