For the ultimate goal of driving more engagement among their customer community. To improve repeat sales, Emi Jay wanted to introduce a loyalty program to offer “sparkles” as rewards to their loyal customers.
Introducing Sparkle Rewards
Emi Jay launched Rivo’s loyalty and rewards program on their Shopify store, with the goal of bringing more of their customers back to the store and generating higher engagement.
They named it the Sparkle Rewards, where customers can earn 1 sparkle for every dollar they spend — and redeem or through referrals, and later be redeemed for coupons on future orders.

In less than a year Sparkle Rewards moved the needle in the 2 metrics that matter: sales and engagement.
The loyalty program allowed them to create different levels of rewards for Emi Jay Ladies based on the amount they spent. Through Rivo's integrated loyalty page, Emi Jay got +4000 Emi Jay Ladies to sign up for their loyalty program to generate an additional 10% sales from Rewards Members.
