Dr. Squatch started with a bar of natural soap and an idea from founder Jack Haldrup’s garage. A decade later it had become one of the most recognizable men’s grooming brands in North America.

One migration, multiple markets, minimal disruption
Dr. Squatch partnered with Rivo to transition loyalty data and balances to Rivo while maintaining live operations across multiple active Shopify Plus stores.
Rivo’s enterprise migration team created a global architecture using Shopify Markets to manage localization and currency. All rewards, tiers, and referral flows were standardized. The rollout included dedicated staging environments for each region, followed by planned cutovers.
