Subtotal’s integration with Rivo lets you reward customers for connecting their Subtotal account to Rivo, and every eligible points event triggered in-store or online. This gives you one unified loyalty balance across your Subtotal environment and your Rivo-powered program.
How the Subtotal integration works
Here's how the integration works:
- Subtotal passes customer identifiers (e.g. email / phone / customer ID) to Rivo so we can match shoppers to their loyalty profile
- Whenever a qualifying action happens in Subtotal (e.g. in-store purchase, event, punch, or other configured action), Subtotal sends an event to Rivo.
