How the Swapt integration works
After an Amazon or DTC purchase, customers scan a Swapt QR code embedded in product packaging. Swapt verifies the interaction and routes the customer through a mobile-optimized post-purchase experience.
Once a customer completes an approved action, Swapt triggers Rivo to award loyalty points. This allows brands to reinforce positive post-purchase behavior, increase repeat purchase rates, and build durable customer relationships while maintaining Amazon compliance.
Installing the Swapt Integration
From your Swapt Dashboard, go to Integrations and tap Rivo. To set up the integration, you will need to access your Rivo API key and a custom action name.
