Brij and Rivo

Brij is a product registration and post-purchase engagement platform. The Rivo and Brij integration pulls product registration data directly into the Rivo Accounts widget, giving customers a "My Gear" section where they can see all their registered products at a glance.

How the Brij integration works

• Brij captures product registrations and syncs them to a single customer metafield in Shopify via a Shopify Flow
• Rivo reads the metafield and renders a "My Gear" section in the Accounts widget under the Profile tab
• Each registration displays the product name, SKU, and price with a link to the full Brij registration

Installing the Brij Integration

To get started with the Brij integration, reach out to the Brij team at brij.it to set up your product registration experiences and enable the Shopify Flow that syncs registration data. Once Brij is configured, contact your Rivo customer success manager to enable the My Gear section in your Accounts widget.
