SavedBy and Rivo

SavedBy is a package-protection platform that pairs seamlessly with Rivo Memberships.The SavedBy and Rivo integration allows merchants to control how package protection appears for customers during checkout — whether they are new members signing up or existing members placing future orders.

Brands can choose to show or hide SavedBy for membership customers, offer exclusive perks like free protection, and customize the checkout experience based on customer tags or membership products.

How the SavedBy integration works

SavedBy supports multiple visibility options depending on how your membership program works. You can choose to show SavedBy to all customers, or request that it be hidden for customers who are part of your Rivo membership program.

Here’s how the integration works:

• Offer SavedBy package protection to all customers by default
• Automatically hide SavedBy for customers enrolled in specific Rivo membership tiers
• Identify members using Rivo customer tags stored in Shopify
• Hide SavedBy when customers add a membership product to the cart
• Customize protection behavior for new signups and returning members
