The Braze and Rivo integration lets you connect your loyalty program data from Rivo into Braze, so you can build smarter, more personalized campaigns based on customer behavior, like points earned, tier changes, referrals, and more.
How the Braze integration works
- Real-time data sync – Loyalty profile data (points, tiers, etc.) is always current in Braze
- Event tracking – Loyalty actions like “earned points” or “VIP tier change” sent as custom events
- Push all or selected customer profiles to Braze manually
Installing the Braze Integration
To install the Braze integration, enter your API Key and REST Endpoint in Rivo, choose the events you want to track, and enable the integration.
