Piing and Rivo

Piing creates branded Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes that customers can scan in store. Connect Rivo to show each customer's loyalty points balance and VIP tier right on their pass, and recognize members the moment they tap in.

How the Piing integration works

Here are some key highlights of the Rivo and Piing integration:

• Show each customer's current Rivo points balance and VIP tier on their Piing pass and in-store recognition screen
• Recognize loyalty members when they scan their pass's QR code in store
• Award Rivo points for in-store activity, including check-ins, first-time customers, and wallet pass installs
• Fire a Rivo Custom Action for each visit, so in-store points show up as a named action in your Rivo reporting
• Keep one points balance across online and in-store, with Rivo as the system of record

Installing the Piing integration

Connect Rivo from the Loyalty platforms section of your Piing Integrations page. Visit the developer toolkit tab on your Rivo settings page to get your API key. See the setup guide for step-by-step instructions.
