How the Skio integration works

Rivo connects to Skio through a one-click integration. Once connected, every subscription order earns points, every reward your customer redeems can flow automatically to their next subscription, and you can build earning rules that reward long-term subscribers.

• Earn points on Skio subscription orders: Every subscription renewal earns points just like a regular order, so subscribers keep building their balance automatically.
• Spend points on Skio subscription orders: Customers can use their points to unlock rewards that apply directly to their next subscription order.
• Show loyalty data inside the Skio portal: Surface your customers' points balance, tier, and rewards right alongside their subscription details in the Skio portal.
• Auto-apply advocate referral discounts to subscriptions: When a customer earns a referral discount, Rivo automatically applies it to their next Skio subscription order — no checkout friction.

• Auto-apply redeemed reward discount codes to subscriptions: When a customer redeems a fixed amount, percentage, or free shipping reward on your loyalty page, Rivo automatically attaches the discount code to their active Skio subscription. Your customer doesn't need to copy a code or paste it at checkout – their reward is already waiting for them on their next order.
• Auto-add free product rewards to subscriptions: When a customer redeems a free product reward, Rivo applies it to their next Skio subscription order automatically, so the gift shows up when their renewal runs.
• Reward subscription milestones: Build earning rules that reward customers for staying subscribed. For example: "Earn 500 points when you complete your 3rd subscription renewal." Milestones are a proven way to reduce churn and thank your most loyal subscribers.
• Reward customers for multiple active subscriptions: Reward customers who subscribe to more than one product with a Subscription Count earning rule. For example: "Earn 100 points when you have 2 active subscriptions." This encourages cross-sell across your subscription catalog.

Installing the Skio integration

Install the Skio integration through your Rivo dashboard under Integrations → Skio. You'll need a Skio private API key to enable the automatic reward and discount features. Each feature is controlled by its own toggle, so you can turn on only what you need.
